What you will be learning (this is not an easy class but you will be learning a lot of techniques that took me years to master and i will be sharing all the small details to achieve the best glaze and velvet effect) : - How to make a pate a choux. - How to pipe eclairs. - How to bake a the perfect pate a choux. - How to make a mango cremeux. - How to make a mango coulis. - How to make and pipe a vanilla mascarpone cream. What to expect: - You will be working in a group of 4 people. There will be 3 groups (12 per class). Each student will be making 3 eclairs per person and going home with the recipes and your own creation. - During the class you will be assisted with chef Clement and his assistant Chef Gisselle. - The class will last around 2 hours and 30min. - A table of mini desserts and macarons will be at your disposition. - All we want is for you to have a fun experience and learn new technique from the Chefs. - Any cancelation 48 hours before the class will not be refunded A bientot!!!
