The Full Story
Hi everyone!
My name is Clément, I am a French native, and I have been a Pastry Chef for more than 15 years now. It is my pleasure to put my hard-learned skills to the service of your next event.
I started baking at 15 years old, in my Mum’s kitchen in Brittany, before my first mentor took me under his wing.
Even back then, I remember I always wanted to come to the U.S.A. Share my passion for this traditional French art, and open my own company.
So after living all over the world for the past 6 years, in places such as Sydney, Corsica, and Brazil, where I practiced and expanded my knowledge, I finally decided to settle in San Diego California (Lucky you).
Once settled, I was ready to take things to the next level.
I was able to unleash my creative spirit, which caught the eyes of numerous magazines & TV shows such as Pastry Art Mag, Ouest France, San Diego voyager.
I also have been selected to participate to The Great American Baking Show and the Final of the Spring Baking Championship Season 9.
Today, I am very proud of all my achievements and even more proud to delight people with my treats, all over California. So if you're looking to impress your guests at your next event, you are in the right place.
