Hi everyone!
My name is Clément, I am a French native, and I have been a Pastry Chef for more than 15 years now. It is my pleasure to put my hard-learned skills to the service of your next event.
I started baking at 15 years old, in my Mum’s kitchen in Brittany, before my first mentor took me under his wing.
Even back then, I remember I always wanted to come to the U.S.A. Share my passion for this traditional French art, and open my own company.
I have since been published in Pastry Art Mag, Ouest France, San diego voyager, and others.
So after living all over the world for the past 6 years, in places such as Sydney, Corsica, and Brazil, where I practiced and expanded my knowledge, I finally decided to settle in San Diego California (Lucky you).
Once settled, I was ready to take things to the next level.
I was able to unleash my creative spirit, which caught the eyes of numerous magazines & TV shows.
