What you will be learning (this is not an easy class but you will be learning a lot of techniques that took me years to master and i will be sharing all the small details to achieve the best glaze and velvet effect) : - How to make a matcha cake. - How the make a raspberry jelly. - How to make a cherry blossom cream. - How to make a shinny glaze from scratch and glaze the cake. - How to make and spray the cake with velvet effect. - I will be demonstrating and explaining how to make the red chocolate decoration. What to expect: - You will be working in a group of 4 people. There will be 3 groups (12 per class). Each student will be making 1 cake of 6inch per person and going home with the recipes and your own creation. - During the class you will be assisted with chef Clement and his assistant Chef Gisselle. - The class will last around 4 hours with 30min break. - A table of mini desserts and macarons will be at your disposition. - All we want is for you to have a fun experience and learn new technique from the Chefs.
