Service Description

What you will be learning: - How to make marshmallow. - How to make cherry jelly - How to make a cheesecake mousse. - How to make red velvet cake. - How to spray with neutral glaze What to expect: - You will be working in a group of 4 people. There will be 3 groups (12 per class). Each student will be making 2 Santa hat and going home with the recipes and their 2 cakes. - During the class you will be assisted with chef Clement. - The class will last around 2.30- 3 hours. - A table of mini desserts and macarons will be at your disposition with some drinks. - All we want is for you to have a fun experience and learn new technique from the Chefs.
