Cream Puff Trio

Service Description

What you will be learning: - How to make a pate a choux - How to make a craquelin 1.How to make a vanilla and mascarpone cream / raspberry jelly 2.How to make a pistachio pastry cream, pistachio mascarpone cream 3.How to make a lemon custard / italian meringue - How to pipe and decorate the choux each group will be making one flavor and will be sharing the component with the other groups so that everyone will leave with the different flavor of choux. What to expect: - You will be working in a group of 4 people. There will be 3 groups (12 per class). Each student will be making 3 cream puff of 3 different flavor and going home with their 9 cream puff and the recipes. - During the class you will be assisted with chef Clement and his assistant Chef Gisselle. - The class will last around 2.30 - 3 hours. - A table of mini desserts will be at your disposition with bottles of water. - All we want is for you to have a fun experience and learn new technique from the Chefs. - Any cancelation 72 hours prior the class will not be refunded Merci!!!
