What you will be learning - How to make a biscuit brownie - How to make a chocolate sugar dough - How to make Hazelnut praline from scratch - How to make Dark glaze from scratch - How to make a chocolate coating - How to make a dark chocolate mousse - How to glaze and deep in the coating This class is for everyone from beginners to amateurs, Chef Clement will be teaching you and leading you all along the class step by step. No experience needed to attend the class. What to expect: - You will be working in a group of 4 people. There will be 3 groups (12 per class). Each student will be making 3 individual size choconut per person and going home with the recipes and your own creation. - During the class you will be assisted with chef Clement and his assistant Chef Gisselle. - The class will last around 3 and half hours - A table of mini desserts will be at your disposition with water. - Aprons will be provided - All we want is for you to have a fun experience and learn new technique from the Chefs. - Any cancelation 72 hours before the class will not be refunded A bientot!!!
