Service Description

So this class is everything about chocolate you will be learning different technique to create this snow man What you will be learning: - How to temper and mold chocolate. - How to make Flexible chocolate. - How to make moldeling chocolate. - How to velvet spray and shiny spray the chocolate. - How to make the eyes. How to assemble everything together. What to expect: - You will be working in a group of 4 people. There will be 3 groups (12 per class). Each student will be making 1 snow man per person and going home with it. - During the class you will be assisted with Chef Clement and his assistant. - The class will last around 2.30 hours. - Croissant and coffee will be available when you arrive. - All we want is for you to have a fun experience and learn new technique from the Chefs. - Any cancelation 72 hours before the class will not be refunded.
