Service Description

What you will be learning: - How to make lady finger - How to make a raspberry cremeux - How to make a raspberry jelly - How to make a and light cream with the cremeux - How to build a 3 layers cake in a ring - How to pipe and decorate What to expect: - You will be working in a group of 4 people. There will be 3 groups (12 per class). Each student will be making 1 cake of 5 inches and going home with the recipes and their beautiful cake. - During the class you will be assisted with chef Clement and his assistant Chef Gisselle. - The class will last around 2.30 - 3 hours. - A table of mini desserts will be at your disposition with bottles of water. - All we want is for you to have a fun experience and learn new technique from the Chefs. - Any cancelation 72 hours prior the class will not be refunded Merci!!!
